Shipping costs, payment and warranty per country

Ordering from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or another EU country? This table shows per country what shipping costs, whether we deliver a fatbike there, how you pay and which warranty you get. All amounts are in euros and apply per order.

At checkout you can see which payment methods are available for your country. iDEAL is a Dutch payment method and Bancontact a Belgian one. PayPal is also available.

As soon as your order is on its way, you receive a track & trace code by email. We only ship to the 27 EU countries.

Shipping costs per country

What are the delivery costs in the Netherlands?

Parts to the Netherlands cost €7.95 per order, free from €150. Having a fatbike delivered in the Netherlands costs €59.

How much do I pay in shipping costs if I order from Belgium?

Parts to Belgium cost €11.95 per order, free from €150. Having a fatbike delivered in Belgium costs €79.

What are the shipping costs to Germany for parts and for a fatbike?

Parts to Germany cost €13.95 per order, free from €150. Having a fatbike delivered in Germany costs €239.

How much does shipping to France cost?

Parts to France cost €14.95 per order, even above €150. We do not deliver fatbikes to France, only to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

How much does shipping to Poland cost?

Parts to Poland cost €14.95 per order, even above €150. We do not deliver fatbikes to Poland.

How much does shipping to Italy cost?

Parts to Italy cost €14.95 per order, even above €150. We do not deliver fatbikes to Italy.

How much does shipping to Spain cost?

Parts to Spain cost €14.95 per order, even above €150. We do not deliver fatbikes to Spain.

Do you ship to Denmark, Sweden, Croatia or other EU countries?

Yes, we ship parts to all 27 EU countries for €14.95 per order. We only deliver fatbikes to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Do you ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Norway?

No, we only ship to the 27 EU countries. Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway are not included.

Do I pay shipping costs only once if I order several parts at the same time?

Yes, shipping costs are charged per order, not per product. In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €150.

Why do I only see the shipping costs at checkout?

Shipping costs depend on your country: parts €7.95 (NL), €11.95 (BE), €13.95 (DE), free from €150, and €14.95 to the other EU countries. Delivering a bike costs €59 (NL), €79 (BE) or €239 (DE).

Delivery and shipping address

Do I have to be at home when my order is delivered?

Yes, your order must be received in person at a permanent home or business address. For a fatbike, the courier records the condition of the packaging and the bike with photos.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel point, Packstation or Paczkomat?

No. The shipping address must be a permanent home or business address; a parcel point, pick-up point, parcel locker, Packstation or PO box is not possible.

What happens if I enter a parcel point as my shipping address anyway?

Then we will contact you and only ship your order once you have provided a valid home or business address. The delivery period starts at that moment.

Can I have a fatbike sent to a German address and collect it there myself?

We deliver fatbikes to a permanent home or business address in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, where the shipment is received in person. A parcel point or Packstation is not possible.

How will I be kept informed about my delivery?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you automatically receive a track-and-trace code by email. Send any questions about your shipment via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642 with your order number.

Is collecting my order free?

Yes, collection costs nothing. You can arrange it by appointment via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642.

Is fatbikeklaar.be a different shop from fatbikeklaar.nl?

No, it is the same FatbikeKlaar shop, with the same warranty and the same return policy. On fatbikeklaar.be you order in Dutch or French.

Payment

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, PayPal is also available. You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, among other methods.

Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Yes, you can pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shop Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal and credit card are also available.

Which currency do I pay in at FatbikeKlaar?

All prices are in euros and you pay in euros, even from Poland or another EU country.

Is paying at FatbikeKlaar safe from abroad?

Yes, you pay in an encrypted checkout via a recognised payment provider; we do not store any payment details ourselves. This applies to every country we deliver to.

Warranty in every country

Does the 2-year warranty also apply if I live in Germany, France or Spain?

Yes, the 2-year warranty on everything applies to every order, in every country we deliver to. Report a claim via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642 or info@fatbikeklaar.nl with a description and photos.

Who pays the shipping if I send something back under warranty from abroad?

For a valid warranty claim, we reimburse the cost of sending it back, including from abroad. Report the claim first via WhatsApp or email and you will receive the instructions.

How quickly do you respond on WhatsApp?

We are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and at weekends from 11:00 to 17:00, and we aim to reply within 1 hour. Calling is not possible, only chat.

Can I send a WhatsApp message outside your opening hours?

Yes, feel free to send a message to +31 6 82090642, with a photo if it concerns a part. We reply during our hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat-Sun 11:00-17:00.

Is +31 6 82090642 a Dutch number?

Yes, it is a Dutch mobile number and it only works for chatting via WhatsApp. Calling is not possible, not even via WhatsApp.
