Is your display faulty or due for replacement? Then order this H6C display. It is weather-resistant, long-lasting and stable, and adjustable up to 45 km/h (up to 50 km/h on the V20 Cross).
Killswitch: with the killswitch you switch quickly between 25 km/h and 45 km/h (50 km/h on the V20 Cross). If the display is set to 25 km/h, whether by the killswitch or because it has been restricted, it cannot simply be tuned: it is protected by a code, and without that code the speed will not go up. Tuned riding is only allowed on private or closed-off grounds; on public roads you ride at 25 km/h.

Turn off the fatbike before disconnecting the display. Disconnect the 5-pin plug, unscrew the clamp bracket on the handlebar, and mount the new display in the same spot. When connecting, make sure you push the plug straight into the connection without force, so you don't bend the pins. Can't manage it yourself or in doubt? Pro tip: before disconnecting, take a photo of your current settings and wiring, so you can easily restore everything.
This H6C display with a 5-pin connector fits the QMWheel V20, V20 Pro, V20 Cross, V29 Pro, S20 and S20 Pro. Only choose 'With NFC' if your current display is an NFC screen. Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.

Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.

Can I tune my QMWheel V20 Cross?
Yes. With the tunable controller with the red motor plug (21A, 500W) your V20 Cross goes up to 45 km/h instead of 25 km/h. The plugs fit the original wiring exactly, so you can install it yourself. Riding tuned is only allowed on private property.
How fast does a tuned V20 Cross go?
With the tunable controller the V20 Cross reaches up to 45 km/h. As standard it is restricted to 25 km/h pedal assist. Riding above 25 km/h is only allowed on private property, not on public roads.
What does tuning a fatbike cost?
A tunable controller costs from 98 euro for the V20 family and the Ouxi models, and 179 euro for the GT2000. Fitting it yourself usually takes less than half an hour. Not sure which part fits your fatbike?
