Una batteria singola per la QMWheel V20 Cross. Questa batteria da 48 volt ha una capacità di 22Ah, per un totale di 1056Wh. Con essa la V20 Cross arriva fino a 70 km, a seconda del livello di assistenza, del peso e del fondo.
La batteria può essere ricaricata in due modi:
Sulla bici: lascia la batteria nel telaio e collega il caricabatterie alla bici. Sul display vedi quanto è carica la batteria.
Fuori dalla bici: sblocca la batteria con la chiave e portala in casa per ricaricarla. Così la batteria dura più a lungo. Non ricaricare in un ambiente freddo o troppo caldo.
Durante la ricarica non appoggiare il caricabatterie sulla sella, perché può scaldarsi.
Viene fornita con due chiavi.

La batteria della V20 Cross la sostituisci facilmente da solo: sblocca la vecchia batteria con la chiavetta, estraila dal telaio e inserisci quella nuova finché non scatta bene in posizione. Poi richiudi la serratura. Prima del primo utilizzo carica completamente la batteria; una batteria scarica torna piena in circa 6 ore.
Consiglio: se vai spesso su sabbia o ghiaia, pulisci polvere e sabbia dalla batteria e dai contatti prima di rimetterla. In inverno conserva la batteria a temperatura ambiente. Non ci riesci da solo o hai dubbi? Scrivici pure su WhatsApp al 06 82090642 e ti aiutiamo subito.

Can I have my fatbike tuned by you?
Our fatbikes are tunable, and we also supply individual parts to upgrade your fatbike. Please note: tuning is only permitted on private property, not on public roads.
Is a fatbike still legal?
Yes, a fatbike that complies with current regulations (max. 25 km/h pedal assist and a 250W motor) is fully legal on public roads. Tuned models may only be used on private property.
What are the new fatbike rules for 2026?
As of 2026, stricter rules apply around age, helmet requirements, and vehicle specifications. Check our information page for the latest details.
Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.

Do you need a helmet on a fatbike?
A helmet is strongly recommended for your own safety. From 2026, a helmet requirement will be introduced for certain fatbike categories.
Can I tune my QMWheel V20 Cross?
Yes. With the tunable controller with the red motor plug (500W) your V20 Cross goes up to 45 km/h instead of 25 km/h. The plugs fit the original wiring exactly, so you can install it yourself. Riding tuned is only allowed on private property.
How fast does a tuned V20 Cross go?
With the tunable controller the V20 Cross reaches up to 45 km/h. As standard it is restricted to 25 km/h pedal assist. Riding above 25 km/h is only allowed on private property, not on public roads.
What does tuning a fatbike cost?
A tunable controller costs from 98 euro for the V20 family and the Ouxi models, and 179 euro for the GT2000 and GT2000 2.0. Fitting it yourself usually takes less than half an hour. Not sure which part fits your fatbike?
