This controller is for the Ouxi GT2000 2.0. The GT2000 2.0 needs this controller. Do you have the regular GT2000 (without 2.0)? Then choose the GT2000 controller. For tuning the GT2000 2.0 you always need both a tunable display and a tunable controller.
Please note: tuning is only intended for use on private or enclosed property. On public roads in the Netherlands and Belgium, a maximum of 25 km/h applies.

This controller can do both: 6 km/h and 60 km/h, and you can always switch back. This is the question we get most often, so to be clear: with this controller the throttle goes 6 km/h restricted and 60 km/h tuned. You switch between the two modes yourself with the included kill switch. So you don't have to choose one or the other: you have both and can switch at any time. This works fully and has been thoroughly tested on the Ouxi GT2000 2.0.

What is the difference between a restricted and a tunable controller?
The difference is in the software, not in the number of amps. The speed limit is set in the controller's software. A tunable controller has software that allows more speed, intended for private property only. Which controller fits depends on your model and the colour of your motor plug: red fits red, black fits black. Not sure? Send a photo of your plug via WhatsApp.

Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.

How fast does the Ouxi GT2000 go when tuned?
Tuned, the GT2000 reaches up to 60 km/h, both on the throttle and on the pedal assist. Restricted, it does 6 km/h on the throttle and 25 km/h on the pedal assist. The tuned mode is intended for private property. This applies to the GT2000 and the GT2000 2.0.
What does the kill switch on the GT2000 do?
With the kill switch you switch between tuned and restricted riding yourself. Tuned, the throttle goes up to 60 km/h. Restricted, the throttle goes up to 6 km/h and pedal assist up to 25 km/h, so you ride legally on public roads. It comes as standard with the Tunable version, so there is nothing extra to order. Riding tuned is only allowed on private property.
What does tuning a fatbike cost?
