Shipping and delivery time
We carefully do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders placed on working days before 23:59 the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this. Sometimes products are not in stock, in which case the delivery of your order may take slightly longer. An indication of the delivery time is stated on the product page. Should we, for whatever reason, fail to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow.
Shipping costs
The stated prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
Parts and accessories
- Netherlands: € 7,95. Shipping is free for orders over € 150.
- Belgium: € 11,95. Shipping is free for orders over € 150.
- Germany: € 13,95. Shipping is free for orders over € 150.
- Other EU countries: € 14,95 per order.
Fatbikes
- Delivery in the Netherlands: € 59
- Delivery in Belgium: € 79
- Delivery in Germany: € 239
We only deliver fatbikes to the countries listed above. We deliver parts and accessories to all EU countries.
Free when collecting your order at our location. Collection is by appointment via WhatsApp (+31 6 82090642).

Any surcharges for islands are at the customer's own expense and are invoiced directly by the carrier.
