What exactly do you do if I choose the Assembled version?
We fully assemble the fatbike, adjust the brakes and check the battery. The bike is delivered to you ready to ride.
What is FatbikeKlaar's address?
Collection is possible by appointment; you receive the address when you make the appointment via WhatsApp. Our business address is in the terms and conditions.
Warranty
Does the 2-year warranty also apply if I live in Germany, France or Spain?
Yes, the 2-year warranty on everything applies to every order, in every country we deliver to. Report a claim via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642 or info@fatbikeklaar.nl with a description and photos.
Who pays the shipping if I send something back under warranty from abroad?
For a valid warranty claim, we reimburse the cost of sending it back, including from abroad. Report the claim first via WhatsApp or email and you will receive the instructions.
Can I extend the warranty?
Yes, when you buy a fatbike you can add 1 extra year of warranty for €129, in the same order. This is possible for every version, including delivery In a box; you then have 3 years of warranty on everything.

How quickly do you respond on WhatsApp?
We are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and at weekends from 11:00 to 17:00, and we aim to reply within 1 hour. Calling is not possible, only chat.

Yes, it is a Dutch mobile number and it only works for chatting via WhatsApp. Calling is not possible, not even via WhatsApp.
Is collecting my order free?
Yes, collection costs nothing. You can arrange it by appointment via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642.
Exchanges and returns
Where do I register a return?
Via the service page on the website or via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642, within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns that have not been registered.
Is exchanging free?
No, the cost of sending it back is for you. We only reimburse it for a valid warranty claim.
How much does it cost to return a fatbike from the Netherlands?
We collect it: €49 for an unused fatbike in a box and €69 for an assembled fatbike. Returning accessories or parts costs €4.95.
How much does it cost to return a fatbike from Belgium?
We collect it: €79 for an unused fatbike in a box and €149 for an assembled fatbike. Returning accessories or parts costs €5.95.
Shipping and payment
Do you ship to Denmark, Sweden, Croatia or other EU countries?
Yes, we ship parts to all 27 EU countries for €14.95 per order. We only deliver fatbikes to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, PayPal is also available. You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, among other methods.
