What are the delivery costs in the Netherlands?
Parts to the Netherlands cost €7.95 per order, free from €150. Having a fatbike delivered in the Netherlands costs €59.
Do I pay shipping costs only once if I order several parts at the same time?
Yes, shipping costs are charged per order, not per product. In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping is free from €150.
Can I have my order delivered to a parcel point, Packstation or Paczkomat?
No. The shipping address must be a permanent home or business address; a parcel point, pick-up point, parcel locker, Packstation or PO box is not possible.
How will I be kept informed about my delivery?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you automatically receive a track-and-trace code by email. Send any questions about your shipment via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642 with your order number.
Is collecting my order free?
Yes, collection costs nothing. You can arrange it by appointment via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642.
Fit: controller, display and plug
Does the Ouxi V8/C80 controller also fit an Ouxi V8 from 2025?
No, the V8 2025 has its own controller. The V8/C80 controller is for the older V8, C80 and C80 Max.
Which display fits the QMWheel V20 Cross?
The H6C display (48V, 5-pin) fits the V20 Cross, just like the V20, V20 Pro and V29 Pro.
How can I tell whether I have an Ouxi GT2000 or a GT2000 2.0?
The GT2000 2.0 has an extra lock at the rear, an updated display and works with the OUXI app. Not sure? Send a photo of your display via WhatsApp.
Where do I find the motor plug on my fatbike?
Follow the thick cable coming out of the motor in the rear wheel to the first plug. Cut the cable ties, pull the plug apart and look at the inside: red or black.
What happens if I connect a controller with the wrong plug colour?
Then the controller will not work with your motor. The controller's colour must match your motor plug: red on red, black on black.
Can I see the colour on the outside of the motor plug?
No, you only see the colour on the inside, where the pins are. To check, pull the plug apart; this will not damage it.
Battery and charger
How can I tell whether my battery has a 1-pin or a 3-pin charging port?
Count the pins in your battery's charging port: 1 or 3. With 3 pins you need the V20 charger 48V (3-pin), with 1 pin the Fatbike Charger 48V (1-pin).
Which battery and charger fit the Ouxi H9?
The H9 takes the Ouxi V8/C80 battery 48V. If your battery has a 1-pin port, charge it with the Fatbike Charger 48V (1-pin).
Which battery fits the QMWheel S20 Pro?
The S20 Pro has its own 48V 18Ah battery (864 Wh). The regular V20 battery does fit the S20, but not the S20 Pro.
Can I ride further with an extra battery?
Yes, with a separate second battery you can swap batteries on the way and roughly double your range. Always choose the battery for your own model and with the same voltage.
Tyres and brakes
Which inner tube does an Ouxi V8 take?
The Ouxi V8 has 20-inch wheels with 20x4.0 tyres. The Fatbike Inner Tube 20x4.0 fits them.
What is the difference between standard and sintered brake pads?
Sintered brake pads are made of harder material and, according to the specifications, last up to 3 times longer than the standard black brake pads. Both only fit the right brake brand: Zoom or Logan.
Are the hydraulic brake levers already filled with oil?
Yes, the Logan and Zoom hydraulic brake levers are supplied pre-filled with oil. If you do need to bleed them, there is a bleed kit for mineral oil and DOT oil.

Where do I register a return?
Via the service page on the website or via WhatsApp +31 6 82090642, within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept returns that have not been registered.
Is exchanging free?
No, the cost of sending it back is for you. We only reimburse it for a valid warranty claim.
How quickly do you respond on WhatsApp?
We are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and at weekends from 11:00 to 17:00, and we aim to reply within 1 hour. Calling is not possible, only chat.
