Shipping Policy

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this. Sometimes products are out of stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. Should we not be able to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

Free shipping on orders above €45.00.
Free when picking up the order at the location.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Any surcharges for islands are at the customer's expense and will be invoiced directly by the carrier.
